I have interior plaster walls which would make installing conventional crown moulding very difficult. I opened the box of a 16x16 E-Z kit and I could not believe how simple and fast it was. It took less than 2 hours to complete my bedroom.In fact, it was so simple that my wife wants to install the rest of the house herself. Great product guys, it helps the amateur/do it yourselfer get professional results.

I'm happy to tell you that both rooms are completed! Dining room was done last Friday. Only took about 2 hours to complete the installation.! My husband took his time. I prepped, caulked and painted the crown molding on Saturday. I have before and after pictures that I will try and include in this email. This kit is fabulous and very easy to install, but you really have to take into account that the ceilings and walls are not perfect. It did take a little longer to check and recheck to make sure it turned out right. A little bit of spackle, caulk and paint made it turn out just beautiful! We absolutely love this product and highly recommend it...the time savings is invaluable!

Sunday afternoon my husband began the installation in the living room. We started from the outside corner as Greg instructed us and worked right around the room. Please thank Greg for labeling all the parts for us, that helped out tremendously, otherwise I think we might still be working on the room! We pulled up the video during installation to check things as we went along because it can get a bit confusing when you're working with an extra wall. By completing the dining room first, that gave us an idea on how to proceed in the living room. When we got to our 4th wall, however, we ran across a problem where the ceiling was bowed and left of a difference of a 1/2 in the corner. My husband did figure it out by cutting a portion of the drywall (that the crown molding was going to cover anyway) and refitting the piece back in. The living room took more than 1/2 day to get it all hung. So far I have caulked and spackled but not painted yet. That's tomorrow's project! LOL
